Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, USA.
If your country is not listed above, delivery is unfortunately not available at this time.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Kumite.
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be returned to us and must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

(For first-time customers – 15 Days)
Our formula and flavor profiles are built on more than 10 years of best-selling hydration data, refined to deliver great taste and reliable hydration time after time. That confidence is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first order.
We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases only.
This guarantee does not apply to purchases made as part of special promotions, including but not limited to bundles, multi-buy offers, discounts, or limited-time campaigns.
If you’re not satisfied with an eligible purchase, please contact us at post@kumite.energy within 15 days of your order, and we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
If your request is approved, the product must be returned to us before any refund, replacement, or store credit is issued. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution.
Any compensation is considered only after the returned product has been received and reviewed. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and proof of return.

- If approved, return the product to the address below
- Use tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery
- Once received and inspected, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return package reaches us safely.
